I got these pictures this week from my sister-in-law. Aubrey works in a green house. She is working so hard for extra money this year. Aubrey actually told me she loves this job. Who knew, she loves getting dirty.

New Job
I decided to leave Garehime. I have worked there for three years, but things changed and I felt like it was time for me to go. So this new job fell into my lap and I jumped at the chance to take it.
I am now an aide at Centennial. I am at the high school. It is different, but I really like it. Everyone is so nice. I still feel like I don't know what I am doing, but I will get it.
Lacrosse Update
This week we went to Idaho to see Ian play lacrosse. We stopped in Rexburg to visit the kids in college. It was great to see them. Aubrey decided to come with us to Boise. We also took Don's parents to Boise to see Ian play too.
The tournament was rough in Boise. Five of their players didn't even show up. Also, the fields were a mess and they played in a rain storm! So they lost all of their games. Ian played great! He even got two goals.
In between games we explored Boise. Aubrey and I checked out the state capital. It was so cool!
We also went to the Boise State stadium. Yeah, we saw the Smurf turf. I wish I could get on it, but it was all locked up. Of course Aubrey wanted to jump the fence!
So after Boise, they played Bishop Gorman. Oh how we hate that school. They are a private school who recruits when they are not suppose to. Their parents were out of control and their players were kind of crazy. Like throwing punches. It wasn't very nice to play them. But, we won!!! I think our team needed it. It was a great game and they played awesome!
I love this picture of Don and Austin in Boise. Austin has fallen in love with lacrosse and is Ian's biggest fan! That is what brothers are for!
Finally, His Birthday Gift
I know his birthday is in December! For his birthday he wanted this jacket. Many boys on the team have it. It is expensive, so he asked for it for his birthday. I ordered it and then the wait began. I feel like we waited forever. Then finally the jacket came in March! I think it was worth the wait.

Pinterest!
I got this idea on Pinterest. I decided to do this to display Ian's race bibs and his medals. I think it will look awesome! He likes it.
The Aubrey Adventures!
I love that Aubrey is doing family things in Idaho! She loves her family and loves spending time with them. She goes out of her way to keep those connections going. I am proud of her. Like when she went to Gibson's baptism. She loves this kid! When she asked him to take a picture with her he said, "How do I get roped into these things?" Love him!
She is so honored to be on Dance Alliance at BYU-Idaho. Even though she is not in school this semester she is dancing up at school and getting ready for the tour. They did perform in show with the Collegiate Dancers this week. The whole family went to go and see her. She really loved that. She is loving this and having a blast!
The Wall Is Done!
Many years ago, I got four frames for this wall. I wanted to have the same frames on the wall, so even though only Zach had his Eagle at that time, I got four frames. Well, they are all filled. Three boys got their Eagles and Aubrey got her Young Women's Medallion. I am so proud of them all. Don worked so hard with the boys and it was worth it. Maybe they don't think it was, but it was, and someday they appreciate it. I worked with Aubrey. The wall is done!
Visitors!
We love when we have visitors!!! My cousin Woody and his wife were in Vegas to celebrate his birthday. They gave us a call and we got together for a quick visit. It was really great!
The Bellagio Gardens were still decorated for the Chinese New Year. They are always beautiful. We could tell they were getting ready to change the gardens.
St. Patrick's Day!
St. Patrick's Day was fun. We made some cute treats during the first few weeks of March. The day before St. Patrick's Day we had our traditional dinner. It was fun.
When I was in Connecticut I went through pictures with my father. I am working on a project for him! I hope to get it done for Father's Day, but it might be for Christmas. I am proud of my Irish heritage. I am really working on my family history. We have found some names and have been getting to the temple to work on them. It has been so great. I love learning about my family. I do feel a connection to them. So, for St. Patrick's Day, I posted these pictures of my Grandfather, who was Irish and my grandmother. Weren't they cute?
